1.This Privacy Policy supplements the Terms and Conditions of the On-line shop operated under the domain intwilightsembrace.com, and terms used herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms and Conditions.
2. the Privacy Policy defines the principles of collection, processing and use of personal data obtained by the Seller in the course of providing the Services and in relation to placing an Order and concluding a Sales Agreement.
3. The Seller, attaches particular importance to the protection of Customers’ privacy, including full respect for the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data ( Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922).

7. Providing personal data included in the Registration Form is voluntary, however, it is a necessary condition for the use of the Customer Account Service

If the Customer wishes to complete or change the data after creating a Customer Account, the processing of personal data shall additionally include the Customer’s designated shipping and/or invoicing data, such as: first name, surname, company name, telephone, street, house number, city, postal code, country The provision of additional data for dispatch and/or invoicing is voluntary.
9. the personal data provided by the Customer when creating or using a Customer Account shall only be processed for the purpose of registering for and managing a Customer Account and, in the event of an Order being placed by logging into a Customer Account, for the purpose of processing the Order, delivering the purchased Product to the Customer and billing.
10. Placing an Order in the Online Shop involves the processing of personal data covering the range of data indicated in the Order Form, i.e. name, surname, e-mail address, telephone, street, house number, postal code and city, and in the event of a desire to receive a VAT invoice also the company data necessary for its issuance, such as company name, Tax Identification Number, street, house number and city.
11. Provision of personal data contained in the Order Form is voluntary, but is a necessary condition for placing the Order and the performance of the concluded Sales Agreement.
12. Personal data provided by the Customer when placing an Order shall be processed only for the purpose of carrying out the Order, including delivery of the purchased Product to the Customer and settlement.
13. During the Customer’s use of the Online Shop, additional technical information regarding the computer equipment, browser and system used by the Customer, such as IP address or external IP address of the Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, type of operating system, is automatically collected.
14. The Seller undertakes not to transfer the Customer’s personal data to third parties, subject to the provisions contained in points. 15 and 16 of the Privacy Policy. The sharing of the Customer’s personal data may take place only under the terms of the law.
15. The Seller shall ensure the security of the processed personal data of the Customer obtained in the course of registration for a Customer Account and during its use, as well as in the course of placing an Order by the Customer and during the performance of the Sales Agreement.
16. The Seller undertakes to protect the Customers’ personal data from unauthorised acquisition and modification and to ensure the confidentiality of the content of the message comprising the Services provided, in particular through the implementation and operation of appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the processed data, in particular through the use of appropriate cryptographic techniques.
17. A Customer who has a Customer Account shall be able to access his or her personal data at any time and to correct, complete or change it, directly by logging in to the created Customer Account at the Online Store, as well as by contacting the Seller in any way he or she chooses using the Seller’s contact details indicated in § 1 par. 2 pt. 8 of the Terms and Conditions and in pt. 3 of the Privacy Policy.
A Customer who does not have a Customer Account has the possibility of accessing his/her personal data and correcting, supplementing or changing it at any time by contacting the Seller in any way he/she chooses using the Seller’s contact details indicated in § 1.2 item 8 of the Terms and Conditions and item 3 o 8 of the Terms and Conditions and in sec. 4 of the Privacy Policy.
19th The Customer has the right to request completion, update, correction of their personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or deletion, if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected
in violation of the law or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected
20. The Customer shall have the right to lodge, in the cases referred to in Article 23(1)(4) and (5) of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 ( Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922), a written, reasoned request to cease the processing of his/her data due to his/her particular situation, as well as to object to the processing of his/her personal data

COOKIES

23. The Seller implements the following cookie policy:
(a) The Online Shop operating under the domain intwilightsembrace.com uses cookies (so-called “cookies”).

24. The Seller is entitled to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Such changes shall become binding on the Customer when they are posted on the Online Shop.
